Hike naked or wear pants??

I need new hiking pant. I think this topic was up once before but I can't find it and it would be outdated anyways.

I need pants that fit. It can't touch the belly botton or go above the belly botton.

I have only one pair that fits like that, and strangly it's columbia brand. I want a different color...something... new pants...

I know I can't be the only one out there that don't like pants that touch the belly botton.
