Last Minute hike to Sipsey

“I know there aren't many people on here this weekend, and most that are have to work. (Sorry, I've been there and I feel for ya) I just planned a last minute trip to Sipsey River in North Alabama. I plan on getting to the area tomorrow afternoon and staying till at least Monday night and possibly Tuesday morn. I have to be back at work on Tuesday afternoon so I won't be in a big hurry. Anyone interested or have any ideas on where to go. I thought about getting to the trailhead for the Sipsey River and either hitching a ride to the trailhead at 206 and hiking the entire Sipsey River trail or just hiking north from the 209 trailhead. I will check back to this thread at 8 am central on Sunday to see if I get any takers.”
