Need a med. pack
Hi everyone,

I'm from MI and I need a med sized internal frame pack that has a sleeping back compartment.

I wouldn't mind if its an old pack as long as its usable.

I'll give you my schwinn exercise bike in return, which is in perfect condition.
Problem is due to the size and weight of this, the trade needs to be done in Michigan.

Anyone?

Thanks in advance!

Medium as in torso size, or medium as in capacity?

Why do you need a sleeping bag compartment?

Ebay would probably have a ton of pretty cheap choices.

Dishwasher? sorry...it belongs to the apartment I live in.

Are you in NC or MI ?

I just found and ordered this pack for a short dayhike or overnight hike. I like it very much as it has all the features I want. It doesn't have a sleeping bag compartment tho, it is a top loader.

Is that Eureka capacity 2500ci? I wouldn't consider that med capacity for a pack that someone is taking backpacking. It is a really good price for a quality brand though.

It really depends on how bulky/heavy your gear is, but you should probably look for something with at least 3500ci capacity. Packs with seperate bag compartments usually are 4xxx ci and up.

Maybe that mechanical washer needs to stay, but there was no ruling out your personal dishwashing services.

heh! I would be looking for something around 3500 and greater.

NC, no can do....even if I had a dishwasher but I appreciate your help and offer.

Anyone else??

Hey....I got it....
How about an MD player.
Its in excellent condition, top of the line (some years ago), optical cables included and everything else that goes along with it.
I'll even throw in 5 colored discs.

I bought it in Japan, voltage switchable.

What do ya think?

I'll save the ex. bike for anybody else who needs it or would want to trade for something else in Michigan.

Let me know.

I'll be in MI next weekend. I could use a small air compressor. I don't have a pack that I want to trade, but what if I bring you a stick? Then you just need to tie up your stuff to the end of it with a big bandana and you are set to go.

Thats an excellent idea!! Duh! Why didn't I think of that. Yeah...bring it down.
Air compressor...hm...try compressing air in your lungs then exhaling...think it could work. Heh!

Which part of MI will you be?
