Hey all just bought two Pacific Outdoor Equipment 1.5lb sleeping pads. I think these pretty much rival the thermarest pro-lites but are on sale at STP for under 40.00. Brass or titanium/aluminum valves light weight and come with stuff sack and repair kit. So my girlfriend and I just picked up two. Thought you all might want a heads up too.

Hmmm...they were clearancing them at REI (at the flagship store in Seattle) last fall/winter, so I picked up Ford one of the ladies models (hey, he is 7..so it works ;-)
I think I paid like $35 for it?
So far he has had I think 6 bag nights on it, and he likes it. I personally wouldn't use it-it weighs 1.10, and my Prolite Ladies 3 pad weighs 1.3. Also my pad is wider cut than his InsulMat-but for a petite woman or kid, they are great pads for the price...and itis nice they come with a stuff sack. I will say the padding is intresting on the ladies model though. I lay on tha pad in camp..hehheh!! (I figure if I pop his pad I won't cry too hard ;-)
