Going Back to the Scene

“This weekend I am going back to a section of the Superior Hiking Trail that kicked my butt in May. I intend to base camp and then hike unloaded (that is no gear) the section that killed me. Hopefully the condition I have done between then and no has helped (also hopefully the bugs won't carry me away!) I just don't take defeat lightly.”

“Thanks for the encouragement. If I can figure out how to post some pics I should have some good scenery. It's not the mountains but for Minnesota it's pretty good. It looks like we should have great weather (considering it has been a very wet spring that is good)”

“Butt kicking we did! My daughter and I hike to the top of Eagle Mt. (hill) the highest point in MN. The trail was pretty rough but this old bod handled it all. I hope to have pics soon.”
