“Has anyone tried or heard anything about these things? Light snug fitting base layer that mosquitos, chiggers, ticks, black flies etc etc are not supposed to be able to bite thru. 3.5oz per article in size Large. Going to the Sierras this summer and eyeing these.”

“Apparently bugs arent a problem anywhere else. Anyway, I ordered a set. Shirt: 3.2 oz, pants: 4.0 oz., both size medium. We'll see if 7.2 oz of extra base layer is worth the performance. Will post the results.
