Jack Kilby, dead at 81

“I didn't know you read Forbes.... We.(Engineers @newschannel5) had a short discussion about him in this morning's meeting.... Darn sad about the delay in giving him recognition that was way past due... His work was eons perhaps light years ahead of others...

“I don't read Forbes, but the link was on the Yahoo! Finance page. It is too bad it took so long for him to be recongnized, but hell, everyone thought they were going to be just toys until the 80's.”
