Reminds me, I saw 6+ dead deer(road kill) along the Interstates during one day of the Memorial Day Weekend.It was in Iowa, Illinois and Indiana.

I think it would depend on what the direct cause of death was. If the squirrel died as a result of impact with the windshield then we have road kill. If death occurred as a result of impact with the side of the road then it doesn't qualify.”
