Bee Stings

“i haven't seen it...too busy to jump and scream, and cuss. only heard it's loud flattering wings. Cicada, the sound almost did remind me of it though, just didn't think cicadas bite.

“damn. I've had a few cicadas on me. Never heard of one biting either. Maybe it was a very confused cicada and thought you were a Tree?”

“my kids said cicadas buzz and they don't flatter. I think he may be right.”

“The male cicadas buzz loudly; the females don't, although I've caught a few that clattered their wings at me.”

“Actually, they do flatter, Gem. A big one bit me just the other day and he said "Damn, you taste good, Nimblefoot". It'll get you every time.”

“Or, did he bite me on the butt and tell me I have a nice ass? I forget. Maybe both. Yeah, that's it, I got bit twice by a flattering cicada.”

“What do you call it when you get a bee sting on top of a mosquito bite?”
