Running out of good stuff is always poor alcohol planning on the part of the drinkers. When we pack for Daytona... if we think we need one liter of alcohol we always bring two. If we think we need a 6 pack of beer... we'll bring a 12 pack. ;)”

“Not really an alcohol snob... I just can't drink Jose Cuervo in any of it's multiple incarnations after the infamous "tequila night" in October of '96. I ended up wearing a trash bag for pants the next morning. My backpacking liquer of choice of George Dickel :D

“Bit - the 15 is a lot smoother than the ten. You get to the thirty and well, that's just nectar. Unfortunately the 30 is $250 a bottle.”
