“They're doing sounds checks now, no cars on the Parkway (eerie), fountains have high fences around them... I bet there are no portapotties anywhere else in the state! It smells like one big urinal cake! Traffic will be forbidden from Poplar street to the Schuykill, Broad St to Fountain Green Drive. That is a HUGE area. Good thing, there are some fine looking women walking about (probably looking to shack up with Bon Jovi or me. I was wearing my shades so they probably didn't recognize me.)
