my Ford F-150 truck had 180,000 miles on it when I traded it for my Jeep. 90% of those miles were hard city miles while I was delivering pizza. That job will wear out any car.

My last Ford Ranger went over 200,000 on the original clutch. I did replace the belts a couple times and about 3 brake jobs though. I traded it in on my new Ranger.

Is it Toyota that has that new Hybrid SUV with 268 hp?

The last Ford I owned left me stranded at least 3 times. I thought German would be better, but my VW had American level (un)reliability. Now I own a Subaru, and it's been completely reliable. Didn't have any squeeks or rattles for the first 40,000 miles. And that was after a bunch of miles on washboard gravel roads. Japanese for me! Well, not Mitsu. I might consider Hyundai, too.
