McGee Creek to McGee Pass (Sierra, CA)

McGee Creek TH (7900') to Big McGee Lake (10,472'). Part of the group did a dayhike to McGee Pass (12,000') which still had a lot of snow. Original trip was to bag a peak. Late morning start, snow and a turnaround time prevented us from bagging a peak.

Wow! there is quite a bit more snow when you travel North.

I think that mushroom looks a little like a butt ;)

That's what I said, Wind Walker!

We should have brought the crampons this weekend, instead of last. DOH!

BTW, you got some awesome pictures on your BP trip.
