Rock skills are a must on the trail
"I'm amazed at the amount of work -- just unreal," Zerbe says. "Just so people like me can go hiking in the mountains."
We are so lucky there are people willing to do the work. I do wish this article included a list of the many groups that do work on trails and in the forests. Even TT has people who do some of the work. Gojo is one. Thanks, Gojo.

Hats off to the 46'ers, Adirondack Mountain Club (ADK), & Adirondack Trail Improvement Society (ATTS) trail crews as well as the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) professional trail crew. These people do amazing work.
