Return of the Snafu

“Hi gang,
Well I finally returned to work!
brief update, a ton of tests + 2 back surgeries, both orthoscopic + ton of Physical therapy... I have zero pain and weigh in at a rock solid 185!
Tip top shape and I feel like 25 y.o. again. haha
I have browsed TT many times over the past year, but I did not want to post due to I had no good news back then.
I hope all is well!
It will take me some time to get back in the flow, But I am alive and well and I do miss the chatter...

I had a L5 and L4 disc Nuclearplasty (SP?) or also known as a Disc decompression and then a a few months later I had a Radiofrequency leasion on my L5 facet joint nerve, they basically burn the sucker out...
It all worked great with no slicing and no scars....”
