Seriously, I am not one to root for cruel punishment. Something has to set us aside and draw the line with evil such as this. For me personally it's important to be able to say that I wouldn't do to him what he did to others. The fact that I struggle with this and don't do the kinds of things this guy did tells me I have a social conscience that is far more effective than he does.”

that might work if he actually felt guilty...i watched some of his testimony from yesterday...he was loving it...he recounted the killings like a college professor teaches a class...his arrogance was really disturbing”

“Ten consecutive life sentences? In a row? They must expect him to live a long time. I think it would be more effective to give him only 2 life sentences in a row, let him live the third one normally, and start the consecutive sentences again on the 4th-11th years. That way it would be torture knowing you won't make it to your third life anyway.”
