Has anybody done trhe entire presidential range in the middle of winter, starting or ending from Mt. madison all the way over to Eisenhower? A few buddies and I are planning on doing it several times this winter so I was just wondering if any of you guys have any tips on the trip and where to stay.

I've been in the Presis for the winter, but haven't done the traverse.

This is probably the best place to stay near the Ridge:
