You really have to watch for stuff like this...Often the auction is not for the item, but for an "eBook which will tell you how to get the item for free".

I've reported a few of those and Ebay is good about removing those auctions promptly.

I never got a response from Ebay, but that's OK. Glad this is shut down. The fact that ANYONE bid on this is explanation enough for me why people do things like this. The criminal element always finds the weak spots.

Dear Nora,

I hope you’re having a great day so far. I am contacting you in regards
to the negative feedback that you have left for us on eBay. I sincerely
apologize that you received the incorrect item(s) by accident, however,
I truly believe that, together, we can work something out to improve
your experience with us. Whatever it takes, I will do my very best to
meet your request. I hope that you will be able to find it in your heart
to consider removing the negative feedback left for us as we are more
than willing to do so simultaneously. Also, please keep in mind that we
are accepting any options to allow this to occur.

Please keep in mind that we have just moved and it has been extremely
chaotic for us. I know that it seems to be an excuse, but it is the
truth. Now that we are organized and operating normally, I can assure
you that your experience with us will not be repeated. I hope that you
can just take one minute of your time to kindly email us at:
feedback@gamezfl.com. For your reference, a negative feedback left for
both parties can be removed within seconds. Once again, I am sure we can
agree on something to have this taken care of. I look forward to your
response. Thank you so much for your time.

Michael
