“I don't know if many of you know who Simon Wiesenthal was, but he passed away recently. It's well worth your time to read about this amazing person. If you do so on Wikipedia you will have a good read on your hands:

Apparently he kept a list while in camp and rather than let it go after the war he insisted that these "men" be hunted.

His thinking was that if these crimes were to go unpunished then future generations might be victimized.”

They showed an interview on TV (v/old) where he stated that his intent was to make all potential war criminals in the future stop and think - lest they be hunted for the rest of their lives.

Sadly history shows that genocide goes on.
Nigeria - Biafra genocide of Ibo tribe
Cambodia - Pol Pot
Uganda - Idi Amin
Yugoslavia - Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia - ethnic cleansing.
Rwanda - Tutsis ~ 800,000
The Sudan - Dafur region
