Sorry Nonconformist, but I won't be staying. Just popped in to say this sucks lately in here.

Nevertheless, I've been bumping up my gym activity. Weight gain in this case is a good thing. I started running and doing cutting drills finally this week in addition to the biking, and have since doubled my weekly weight lifted since starting up again after the knee surgery, drug free. You guys can do it. Don't make excuses for yourself. Nothing can stop you other than your own fears.
