Huron River overnighter?

“Hey Birch and Sass,you guys up for an overnight,Island Lake Rec./Huron River trip?

I'm thinking like Oct.22nd? Color should be good/just past peak? I'm bringing the flyrod too, Smallmouth Bass!!!”

“I'm headed to Kansas to see my gramma that weekend. Birch might be up for it though.”

“What about the 15th?”

“I have school, unfortunately, until 5pm.

I have school the 28th-30th too, then the Mammoth cave trip the following weekend, so don't worry about me.

How about a backyard bonfire the night of the 15th? We can see if any of the other MI folks want to come and you can meet the gang.”

“NCT, seems crazy that we live like 15 miles away and have yet to meet. We are far busier than we like with our school schedule and me working two jobs plus pretty much running a 460 person union.

Until things slow down, we are flying by the seat of our pants. Hopefully we will link up soon.”
