Do you know how far in advance you have to purchase tickets?

I see that the tickets are timed....
Will talk to Thinkbubelz and some other friends-- it might be fun to go on Nov. 12th!

My wife is really into that stuff. She wants to #&%!$ Viggo Mortensen and once asked me if our marriage had a "celebrity clause". She was furious when I said that it did not. So I said, “I’ll give you a celebrity clause if you give me a two Asian chick clause.”

She was not amused. Apparently she felt that my option was much more plausible than hers.

Were there a lot of people?

We were thinking of going Dec. 10th, but my cousin is graduating from College that day...

I hope we can still get tickets around the holidays!

How long did the exhibit take to go through?
Thinkbubelz & I will be going on the 29th--we are thinking in the afternoon, since it looks like the exhibit is open until the evening...

We want to make sure we have enough time to enjoy all of the aspects of the exhibit...

The show was phenomenal. Well worth the drive... and we got to see a little bit of Indianapolis as well... :-)

The only complaint I had was that they did not have any type of "program book" or exhibition DVD for purchase. I am sure that if they had, they would have made a lot of money! (you were not allowed to bring in any cameras, cell phones, sketchpads, video cameras or notebooks! Apparently, they are that paranoid that someone will steal the designs of things....)

We did the little "forced perspective / split screen photo. :-) At only $6 it was a steal! I was surprised that they didn't do a print out of the stone faces as well....

Anyways, it was really cool to see the costumes and props up close and personal. We went back the next day and bought some of the shirts & hoodies for ourselves and family (they were discounted). Thinkbubelz would have bought me a Galadrial ring, but it only came in a size 5... (apparently only made for a very small elf... :-) )
