A couple of recipes....
Here's a great recipe for chili dip. It's easy to make, but you do need a crockpot. Will you have access to an electrical outlet?

Chili Dip
2 lbs Velveeta chees, cut up into chunks
1 large can diced tomatoes, drained
1 lb. hot ground sausage
1 lb ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
2 cans green chilies
1 can hot jalepeno salsa

Brown sausage and beef togehter. Drain. Throw everything into a crockpot and let it heat up until the cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.

This next recipe is for sausage balls. Bake them before you go and they will be ready to eat:

Sausage Balls
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 lbs cooked hot sausage
6 cups Bisquik

Mix all ingredients together. Form into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown and firm.
