For example, the Veggie girl used Loewen as her source who seems to think the pilgrim's dug up corn from Indian graves. There is no record of this anywhere. In fact, it contradicts the writings in the journals I provided you where they examine the gravesites. Seems to be a discrepency.

“Well Black friday isnt about thanksgiving anyway its about Xmas. Since turkey day aint very profitable most retailers skip right over it. Black friday marks the official start of the xmas shopping spree where ignorant masses of jerks all run out to the mall and spend 3 monthes worth of pay on useless junk to give each other.

Since I only give presents to children and cards to the rest I suppose that makes me a scrooge. So Be It.

I understand. I like to get people thinking too, sometimes. Black Friday was... to be the biggest shopping day of the year... so all the stores can end the year :in the black: well. . .for me... it is a different kind of black when THINGs and gotta have this or that are more important than the concept of giving thanks for the blessings we already have. . .
My family and friends will get donations to Heifer International from me this year.. . so. .call me some name or whatever. It helps people in need and gives us all a warm glow without trashing the nearly full landfill.”

I shopped at Kohls.com for some of the on-sale items.

We went to Marshall Fields at 6:15 (they opened at 6:00)
We got what we needed and then headed to Kohl's.... Thinkbubelz stood in line while I ran around the store picking up items. The line was an hour long, but since I was shopping while he was waiting, we got through quickly....
