she's doing great...she doesn't really have any pregnancy syndromes other than being tired...she even went camping with me while pregnant!!!

the fertility specialist has released her to her regular OBGYN so we're done with him...we've already had 2 ultrasounds...we'll go in January to find out the sex...thanks for asking”

I know how you guys must feel. It goes very fast, or at least it did for me.

January will be the end of her first trimester? (I think I spelled that wrong)

“umm...i think her 1st trimester is over around christmas...we've got a girls name but aren't for sure on a boys...if it's a girl:

Analice(sp) Kathleen for both our grandmothers...we'd call her Ana...i guess if that's gonna be the name I should probably learn how to spell it”

“Hey dude! I was thinking about you guys over the holiday. My sister and her husband were in town (they live in Indy too) this year. We learned that she is 3.5 months pregnant. I think they are on pace with you guys, yes? Her due date is June 26.

How is the wife feeling?”

“Hey Nicole, no problem! We took that picture at the dunes. We hiked her in about 4 miles to one of my favorite spots one of those warm days we had at the beginning of November. She loved playing with the sand.”

Costco is a great place to buy diapers, however they do not sell the infant size. I think they sell 1's and up.

My personal favorite infant diapers were White Cloud which are sold at WalMart. I would buy whatever is on sale though. A diaper is a diaper.

“nothing, my car was totaled last week...my wife's been taking me to work”

“well, the little old lady is dead (hopefully it didn't happen in the car)...it's a 93 ford tempo w/ 53k miles on it...they only want $1200 for it and w/ my wife being off work for a while it would be nice to not have another car payment...don't know if we'll get it or not, going to look at it tomorrow”

My sister had a Tempo back in college and had okay luck with it. If you are going to be using it to go back and forth to work, then you should be fine.

Did you get anything for the car that was totaled?”

“i came out about $160 ahead on the deal, that's after they paid it off...my insurance is going to go after the other dude's insurance to try and get my $500 deductable back since technically it was his fault but it's his word against mine so who knows”

“how was your weekend trip to the Smokies. Did you get blown away by the storms that came through Friday night/Sat morning”

“it was great...where we were at, cosby campground, Friday the storms didn't amount to much but A LOT of rain...the wind, lightning, and thunder wasn't bad

saturday night was just a little sprinkleing...it lightly rained off and on all day saturday

we hiked up to adrews bald friday, hit cades cove and abrams falls saturday as well as a couple other falls...hit hen wallow falls sunday morn and then went home...on the way home we ate at an awesome home cooking restaurant in cosby but i can't remember the name of it...it was something like Shirley's Kitchen or some such...for $7 i got a country fried steak, 3 veg, roll, drink and coffee!!!”

“Elliette(Ellie) Kathlean is here. She weighs 9 lbs 15oz and is 20 1/2 inches long. She had to spend the first 24 hours of her life in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for low blood suger but was able to maintain it properly on her own and is now in the room with us. Mom and baby are doing fine. Should have pictures soon.

Here's one. It was taken with a cell phone so the quality's not the greatest. More to come.
