The first time I was called they wanted me to be there every day for a month. I was there, but, IMHO, it was too much to ask of any citizen. Now, you only have to show up for one day unless you get assigned to a trail. MUCH easied to do your duty.”

j/k I spent a fine day in Jury duty yesterday. I was even in a court room for a jury selection and my number almost got called. If 3 more jurors had been rejected, I would have been seated. As it was, I got to go home in time to shovel my sidewalk before it got dark.

Thank goodness for the one day, one trial, rule!
