SUGARLAND CENTER: HIGH 46, LOW 31, PRECIP 0.18, SNOW DEPTH 0.
NEWFOUND GAP: HIGH 31, LOW 4, PRECIP 0.08, SNOW DEPTH 2.
CADES COVE: HIGH 42, LOW 29, PRECIP 0.06, SNOW DEPTH 0.
OCONALUFTEE: HIGH 46, LOW 24, PRECIP NONE, SNOW DEPTH 0.
MOUNT LECONTE: HIGH 22, LOW 8, PRECIP 0.18, SNOW DEPTH 4.

NEWFOUND GAP: ... LOW 4

Does not compute. LeConte is much higher than Newfound.

cold air settling into the gap ???

does look a bit odd with Mt LeConte being at 6600 ft and Newfound Gap parking are being at 5100 approximately

maybe the odd cold is a result of the valley temperature inversion phenom
