Last sunday we headed up to Hurricane Ridge, in the Olympic Mts for some fun.
Besides being blessed with blue skies and no rain or snow falling, the visibility was awesome-we could see from Mt. Baker to Glacier Peak and everything between them..not to mention that all of the Olympics were open and clear. Mt. Olympus was looking the whitest she has been in the past 3 years.

Me having fun in the snow near the lodge:

Mt. Angeles in the snow:

Mr. Snowman was screaming "Freedom" to the Mts..or maybe that was my beta blockers talking back....

Have you tried climbing Mt. Angeles? It's a nice jaunt, just a little steep and icy near the summit.

Been part way up in summer...waaaayyy to long ago! :-) HR may be a tourist mecca, but I love it in the way I love Mt. Rainier :-)
