“This thread is hysterical. About 4 years ago at work my team had a similar conversation. It began while measuring on of my subordinates for a bike helmet. The conversation went on to include an all inclusive head measuring event. At the end I, as team leader, presented two awards. The "Big-Head Todd" award and the "shrunken head" award. Both were plaques. The tradition became an annual event for 3 years until all team members left or moved on to other teams.

Just a side note almost all of my team have been promoted so this in no way affected our productivity. It was just damm fun!
