Way to go, mape-o-rama!

I'm holding steady at my goal weight. Would be nice to go down a pound or two to give me room to splurge on a big dessert, extra bread, or just a 12-pack of beer....

I'm walking a bit more these days, and I still have about 1.5 tons of rock to move around the yard, one by one. I need to work off those roast beef croissant sandwiches I had last week.

I re-joined Weight Watchers over the weekend. I need something to hold me accountable, since I'm obviously not doing well enough on my own. I've got 12 weeks to lose ~12 lbs, though I'm looking more for a seriously hot bod rather than the number on the scale.

I met a stripper at the WW meeting. She asked if she could get activity points for her job - dancing. LOL!

yeah baby.
My riding has started to move into high gear (pun intended) and I am at last year's riding weight.

dipped and bobbed around 150 all season. Kept it there through Dec 16. Then it marched steadily up to 157 or so.

Now back down to 150, and the season hasn't really begun yet.

I don't have as much power as I'd like on the bike, so being lighter counts.

Losing a person
Been a while since I checked in here. Too *&%$^% much time at work (translated means airports). Missed out on the entire winter camp season but I have high hopes for a better spring.

I've managed to get rid of 43 pounds so far with about 15 more to go. Now, if I can just do something about the weight of the pack!

Did I tell you all I joined Weight Watchers again? I go weigh in tomorrow. Its been a pretty sucky week, but I'm hoping for a small loss, perhaps less than a pound, but I'll take what I can get.

11 weeks until my wedding (or somthing like that). I WILL be in bikini shape by then. :)

My scale says I am down 3 lbs this week. I believe it - I've been drinking a ton of water to flush everything out, and I've barely had anything to eat this week. What I have had to eat has been good healthy stuff.

I officially weigh in toginght.

dog meat?

maple, I find it easy not to eat meat. I've never been fond of beef (YUCK!) so not eatting red meat is easy. Chicken is harder. I do like chicken but it is easy enough to avoid. Once i am done moving and no longer eatting on the run, I will have time again (I hope!) to make home made food and Im gonna go back to eatting vegatarian.

2005 was a complete failure for me with losing weight.

come the middle-end of the year (2005), i started having some medical problems and gained a lot of weight. my goal was to lose it all in 2006. so far my goal is more than halfway accomplished. i've lost 49 lbs and i have approximately 25 more to go until i reach my ultimate goal weight. i'm also attending the gym every single day doing mostly spinning classes and other cardio, but also toning up with weights and machines.

any other suggestions?

i'm also finally trying to get back into hiking again starting with a few dayhikes and hoping that the dayhikes will lead to overnighters and weekenders. i'm finally fitting back into my old hiking clothes! actually, some of them are too big now lol... just an excuse to go shopping :D

I am officially down 12 lbs since December. :)

Had my final wedding dress fitting yesterday, and my seamstress told me I couldn't lose any more weight or the dress will fall off of me! I'd ideally like to be 5-8 lbs lighter than I am now. I'm not feeling so confident for being in a bathing suit for a week on the honeymoon, but I'll take the 12 lbs I've already lost!

Guess I've got the summer to continue losing and get to my ultimate goal.

I've come up a pound or two from my goal weight, but that's pretty good considering I hardly ran at all in April - I've actually come back down a pound or two from my late April / early May weight. Of course, I don't look quite as good in a bikini as the scorchmeister, but pretty close!

Ever since my seamstress told me I couldn't lose more weight, or my wedding dress would fall off me, I've been eating like a pig and haven't exercised. I'm such a sloth!

However, the scale has not gone up. Just need to concentrate on eating better, and drinking my water. :)

2007 is my year too. I'll be finished with school finally and have some free time(I hope).

I started back at school in probably the best shape of my life. I actually had abs showing for a while there. Now I don't have abs anymore and probably could not run a 2 miles without stopping.

Well, so far since July I have lost 45 pounds and I'm hoping to be up to 50 pounds by christmas day. Hopefully that would give me the gumption to not eat too much crap.

Last weekend was not so good. I made Michigan Chicken twice and went to P.F. Changs for dinner. :(
