Dhutch, Abby's easy breakfast preference is Rice krispies. She'll eat pretty much anything though, toast fruit, oatmeal, whatever.”

Sorry it's taken me so long to respond. You probably don't want to go to that location. The Jackson Street Giordano's is near the Sears Tower and is a smaller off-shoot of the main restaurant. That area of the city is hopping busy during the day because of the financial district, but it is dead at night. The location you probably will be happier with is the main restaurant on Rush, 730 N Rush to be exact. That's very near Michigan Avenue on the north side of the river and is a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood at all hours. No matter where you choose to go, coming from the Shedd will require a cab ride or a drive of some sort.”

“Can you maybe give an itinerary again, maybe on the trips page? I am wondering specifically what you are doing on Saturday. I plan to join you all for Friday dinner without Jon (he has to work), but want to see what's going on Saturday. I'd really like Jon to be able to meet some of you yahoos. ;D”

“BTW, I was just thinking that in order to be done in time to catch your train, you might want to get to the restaurant by 6 p.m. Giordano's is always very busy and we will have to wait for a table. It's not uncommon to have a 45 minute wait. I'm not sure that they take reservations.”
