P.A. dayhike, rothrock state forest?

“I was looking around and I found this tussey mnt. trail in rothrock it's 6 miles or so and is behind the ski resort. good day hike?? any input??”

“i'm not familiar with it. i suggest going to greenwood furnace state park, lots of great dayhikes, especially to stone valley vista. detweiler, alan seeger, and bear meadows natural areas are also great destinations.”

“the trail around bear meadows is easy, mostly flat. trails around greenwood furnace are moderate. there's a climb to the vista along the link trail, but it's mostly gradual”
