As for snow there was a dusting while I was there, but really everything was brown and ugly, it would be beautiful in the summer and if there would have been snow it would have looked great. It was snowing when I left. When I arrived I went from the shuttle into the lodge and didn't go outside till I left. I really didn't have time, we had a full schedule from 7:45 AM and could go all the way up to 9 PM.”

“I went to the first 1/2 of my campground management school sponsored by ARVC. I have 1 more week to do next year. I am looking to buy a campground/RV park in Arizona.

I will be looking for an independent. I am looking for around 100 sites to start with the possibility of expansion. That's my ideal and go from there. I will be selling my home in about 2 months or so. I only have 1 duplex left to sell. I am ON MY WAY!!
