“Hey our 145 day drought was broken when we received 2" of Arizona rain which is one drop every 2", basically enough to leave tracks in the dust and smear the nice patina that everything's been collecting. I'd just washed my car, too.

“I don't need a pestilence watch. I've got a nice Casio with a four-barrel carb and whitewalls. It gets unlimited miles per gallon, never needs winding, gives barometric pressure, compass readings, altimeter, and stops on a dime.

So far we just got rain with some freezing, but the roads are generally clear. Hopefully it stays that way all day.”
