“This past weekend Sooz (Trailtrekker), John, and I backpacked/hiked to Rabbit Peak in the Santa Rosas (very southern california). We backpacked to Villager Peak and dropped our camping gear before heading out to Rabbit Peak on Saturday. After returning from our hike to Rabbit on Saturday we slept on Villager Peak and hiked out on Sunday. It was an epic day on Saturday - 8,100 feet of gain over 14 miles. Sunday was a much easier day - 7.5 miles of downhill. We were lucky because the weather was really nice and the views were clear.
