Well we were asked,!!!! and actually this TTer thought it was so people who could not spell and read would know this was the sign for BOOZE and when this TTer was told what the ABC stands for they said OH okay, I never did know that. I always wondered what those ABC stands for.

Did it rain?...I remember something hitting the rainfly Saturday morning. I stayed dry as a bone the whole trip. Actually the weather was pretty good after the one downpour Saturday, just light showers. This was very tame for a MT. Rogers trip.”

“Hee hee, its just that my bee-hind would have been twice as sore from all that driving.

Driving home I ran into quite a bit of standing water on the interstate at times causing a bit of hydroplaning with my little car.”

“Headed to Grayson early saturday morning oct 31. Should be at the backpackers parking lot by 9am. Trek in some 5 miles and set camp explore and leave sunday mid day. Last minute if your interested.”

“We took some kids up there a couple of years ago to a small campsite below Rhododendron Gap. We camped near the enclosed spring just below the gap. It is somewhat rocky in areas but not too bad. The kids loved it, esp. petting the ponies.”
