Which is Worst: Murder or Rape?

“12yr old accused of Murdering Mother & Brother. 14yr old accused of sexually assaulting four women. Only the 14yr old is charged as an adult.

Both crimes occured in Prince Georges County on the eastern Border of DC. High crime rate.

Not sure what to make of this. Are they assuming the 12yr old is mentally messed up?

Or is 12 significantly different from 14?

Total BS...This guy needs to be put to death slowly. Maybe he will get what he deserves in prison.
