Further, liberals already have NPR—and for that matter, the New York Times, network newscasts, CNN, and most of the mainstream media. Conservative and libertarian voices dominate the radio dial because they offer a much-needed response to the liberal media mainstream. The Right has done well on cable television and in the blogosphere for the same reason. Air America, created and kept afloat by a handful of wealthy liberal financiers, meets no such market demand.

That really says it all.

Oh man, I have two radios on all the time to create a 'TT' sound track ;the one to my left is tuned to Air America, and, on the right Rush. Atrophy of my left if they're gone.

A similar photo of PRES 42 would be him showing a training move for one of the preteen pages visiting the Oval Office.

SS, I remember a previous thread about Air America but I did search for it, 4 times, using "Air America" and nothing showed up, then tried it again, then tried just "Air" and then "America" and nothing showed up about Air America so I'm guessing the search function was down for a bit or something. Or I thought maybe it had been deleted. Anyway, it's all about the wilderness.

Buck, I bet you didn't have Fuego checked.

The USA troll had a similar problem, cleared it's cookies and then started finding the Fuego threads.

Ahhhh... that could be it. I didn't know you had to have Fuego check to just "search" for a thread. But it makes sense now. My mom sez I ain't dumb, but she's the only one.

Ok I have to ask. Am I the only one that thought this thread was going to be about airlines when you first clicked on it?

Were you thinking "airlines" because of all the airlines filing for bankruptcy lately?

Lumber Air America was actually a CIA supply group during Vietnam...wierd that the Libbies would pick that name.

The Dead Air America crowd need to find a way to be Public Radio....then they will get us to pay for what normal advertisers won't.

In all honesty Sarge, they aren't "losing" the flagship station. They're just moving to another station in the same market. And we should be grateful too. To not have the crazy message of the left being aired out there for all the world to see would be a bad thing.

People are generally smart and they know bullshlt when they see it and hear it.

ROLLING ON THE FLOOR!!!!!

Joe Stinton was the head uglap of Dead Air America (the radio show that showed liberals cannot actually do anything without government funding or stealing)

In here he responds in typical wealth envy liberal fashion and throws in some lies

LOL...if we can't have it no one should is his theory..typical envious incomptent Liberal....

Oh, I thought you were talking about the CIA in Southeast Asia (long before dubya ordered them to torture people).

It always makes me think of your buddy Hassenfuss down in Central America. He looked kinda bedraggled after the farmers caught him. The only other CIA pilot I can think of quit the agency and worked full-time for the cocaine cartels. He put all that gov't training and experience flying into jungle airstrips to good use < /sarc >....   at least that's what the AUSA said.

Yeah, I think Hassenfuss was part of Ollie's Flying Circus down there.

It's pretty funny thinking about that Mel Gibson movie now that we know what a rat's nest that guy has between his ears.
