Gary and Vera, my workampers. They stay on the site for free and do 30 hours of work a week. Although they do far more than that. Gary said it's fun! Okaaaaay! They are really really nice.”

“Tango, we'll be passing right by for a Grand Canyon trip at the end of April. Could be we'll finally meet.”

“First I think this will be a 5 to 7 year stint. At the end of that time period I will reevaluate, sell or put a manager in here and semi-retire. I may be a full time RVer then.

I am at 5200 ft so cool in the summer and snow in the winter. Although yesterday it was 70!

Wanna, that'd be great. Can't wait to FINALLY meet you. I ended up finding out that I had 5 herniated discs when I came out there. I am pretty much better now.
