The Deam TR

“Thanks to everyone that helped me out with the Deam! We had a fantastic trip over Memorial Day Wknd (with the exception of the horsies that tore the trails up to hell and back).

And we found Patten Cave!!

“Blech... Nasty little parasites.

I'd never had one before this trip, but we were running around the pond in search of tree frogs and I ended up with one the first night. He latched onto my neck and I found him when I was asleep and happened to run my hand over my neck at 2am. :|

A couple others had some as well, but nothing that had latched on yet.”

“dang...blocked by my work's internet filter as a blog...i'm sure you had fun though...wasn't too hot for ya?”

“Wounded Knee: Unfortunatley I can't. I really wanted to, but I'm getting my car worked on because I'm leaving on a road trip to New Mexico on the 16th. I keep telling myself, "If I can just get through June...". lol I'm going to have to meet up with ya'll another time.

Thriftyhiker: Sorry about that. The website is through freewebs and does have a blog link on it. It was a bit on the warm/humid side.... But, dang, that cave felt good!
