Rainier Training Trip
Well, we are getting close to the big trip on Saturday. The close we get the more nervous I get. This will be the trip that gives me an inkling of whether I will make it up Rainier or not.

We are climbing up starting at the North Trailhead. Three of the people in our party have climbed this route multiple times. It is my first...

Sounds like your going in through North Gate. I'll yell you about Kelli and I on that route....after you've done it, LOL

It sounds like your going in with people that know the route, your going to have a great time.

Your gonna do fine on Rainier too....trust me.

Steve - thanks for not telling me before. I am already scared enough with just my own imagination.

Whne I get back I'll tell you about my bear encounters in Hetch Hetchy this past week. And the raging river crossing that turned grown men back but I was stupid enough to cross not only once but twice!

Don't worry, once you're on the mountain she will comfort you. You'll connect. Remember...Good Heart.

I'm sure you heard that term when you were in the Himalayas.

I gotta hear your tales.....twice?

Oh yea, our little incident happened on the approach. The odds of it happening again, to someone else, are....well, not likely.
