Are there any fuel efficient mini-vans o ut there?

“Im thinking of getting a mini van for the extra room but I usually dont keep up on stuff like that,,,anyone know of a good make and model (preferably used) that is fuel efficient?


PS. It also has to have a pretty good safety record.

Look for the older Honda Odyssey.... like a '97-98. It's a honda Accord with a minivan body. Gets pretty decent milage.”

“edit.....its not a 95 its a 99 I think. I got it confused with mine, which is a 95. All I know is that his car is like soooo complicated. So many damn doodads and such. He even did some thing to the muffler to make it loud I think.

My little chevy is simple and easy----Just like me :) no bells and whistles. :)

“Watch out for the 2000-2001 Odysseys, they have a bad problem with the torque converter in the tranny. I'm getting the second one in six months installed in my 2001 Odyssey this week. Fortunately, Honda's completely covering the repairs.”
