Part of the problem, is the morons that built the house put most of the water pipes on the wall shared by the unheated garage. Combine that with crappy 1970’s isolation and you get pipes that tend to freeze. My main concern is the dogs. The Ausie mix isn’t real good around large groups of people and she tends to get protective of me. The other dog is a 10 year old over weight cocker spaniel with arthritis.
