“I just wanted to make sure that everybody got a good look at what Bush's buddies in Pakistan are up to.

They just signed a peace deal with the Taliban in the north of Pakistan. As long as the Taliban stay peaceful. Hehe. Yeah, right.

Maybe we should have saved our little Iraqi project for Pakistan?

With Bush we'll have peace in our time!

“RL, the sad thing is that this "negotiation" attitude is prevelant in the government. I was around in the 60-80s when the primary idea was to negotiate with the Soviets.
Then we went through President after President who wanted to make deals....Then (contrary to what Sen Joe (never met a quote he wouldnt steal) Biden) we had this guy Named Ronald Reagan. He approached the enemy by facing them down and guess what he found the only good Peace treaty is one that is made when one side prevails.”
