The ferts time I lived at my daddys hous he put meet out side for me on a "grild" and I got it and he got out side agin and sayed "HAY - GET ME MY MEET BAK!" BOL!

good- I have plenty of corn for everyone LOL!

I have about 20 ears in the fridge LOL it was 1.50 for the whole bunch t the farm stand and they are soooo yummy and good lookin'

Someone told me you can par-boil and freeze fresh corn on the cob once.

But this is what I really wanted to share:

yes you can. it works well and makes it a snap to prepare when you want to use it. i have a freezer chest that i use to keep stuff like this.

steak tip...

mix equal parts of sweet cream butter and good gorgonzola cheese. Roll tightly in a wax paper tube, chill till hard. Slice in 1/4 pieces, serve 1-2 pattties on a piece of hot off the grill steak. Cholesterific!!!!

I like grilling strange central American fruits and vegetables on the grill.

K and I go to Meijers and buy exotic produce just to see how it tastes on the grill.

Most of the time it's really, really bad.

Nectarines are the bomb, halved, dipped in brown sugar and a touch of cinnamon, grilled and served w/ vanilla yogurt. Divine I tell you.

I'm considering breaking down and getting a gas grill. There are only about, oh, seven zillion brands and types and features to consider. Any recommendations?
