yep! here's the story, i'm looking out at the beach waiting for the tsunami to hit. no, actually they aren't expecting anything big. but the hubby did feel the house shake.

the first batch turned out a little dark on the botom. I'm adjusting the next batch goin in.

do you use an insulated cookie sheet, they are really nice and you don't get dark bottoms.

I tink I just left the first batch in a little too long....but the second batch looks fine. Even with dark bottoms they taste pretty good---

might be good to use maple flavorng instead of vinella next time as a change.
