It's 270 miles from Paducah to Bloomington. What town do I need to go to to get to Peeper? Is it before I get to Bloomington, coming north on I37.”

“if youre northbound on 37, take u.s. 50 east when you get to bedford. go about 10 or 12 miles, then turn left on 446. according to my atlas, the last town youll go thru is heltonville. little podunk town. youll go probably 15 miles until you see a sign on your left for charles deam wilderness. turn right here, drive probably 15-20 minutes in, to the firetower, 3rd trailhead in.
