They have mini stuff. So I just pop the mini-muffins right into my mouth. I never check to see how they land. There is not enough time. Gulp!

I just finished devouring a cupcake and it made me think about this thread. So how bout it? cupcakes and muffins... same same?

Personally I don't like the 4+ inches of frosting that comes on store bought cupcakes, so I have developed the keen skill of flipping all the frosting of the top in one quick flick of the wrist, then I eat the naked cake in as few bites as possible.

“Well moist and buttery goes without saying. And I have found that making sure the muffin is "warmed up" makes it work better. IMHO there is nothing worse than unpeeling the wrapper off a muffin and just starting to eat it. I like to warm mine up a bit. Makes peeling the wrapper off and really makes the whole process a lot more enjoyable. Another thing is making sure that muffin does not know about any other muffins either past or present. I will tell you what...you let a muffin find out they are not the only muffin and there is hell to pay.”
