You have already established that you think they should not get raises as government workers (except for promotion) and that the army should be disbanded and the wars are illegal. I am sure that there is reasonable ground to be found between a 1.4% raise and disbanding the Army.”

“If your reason for being on this side of this issue (with which I agree) were sincerely the action it's self and independent of the person making the decision, I would congratulate you on level headed thinking. Even using the term president in your post, instead of Obama, would have been at least a step in the rite direction.”
