crazygurl, the West Rim Trail is in northern Pa and follows the Western Rim of the Pine Creek Gorge, AKA Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. It's a beautiful spot and makes for a nice leisurely weekend backpacking trip.”

“the campsites all along the West Rim Trail are great, but the two we camped at were the best. It's hard to beat the combo of camping on Pine Creek beneath a canopy of hemlocks the first night and the following night at an awesome vista with a bathroom and water well near by.

I'll wear a target this weekend at Masten.
